# My Library

### Manage created tests and exercises

Teachers can manage created exercises across 3 categories:

* **Created tests**: Total number of exercises uploaded to FLYER, including those in *Draft* or *Private* status.
* **Shared tests**: Number of exercises that have been shared and are accessible based on the configured sharing scope (*Public to the community*, or *Share to Schools*).
* **Archived**: Number of exercises that have been archived and no longer appear in the **My tests** list.

### Add new teaching resources to My Library

* Step 1: Select [**My Library**](https://teacher.flyer.us/exams?utm_source=help\&utm_medium=internallink\&utm_content=my-library) from the homepage. Select the **Resources** section on the left sidebar.
* Step 2: Click the **+Add New** button. Teachers can upload teaching materials in 4 ways.
  * Option 1: Upload files directly from your device.
  * Option 2: Import from Google Drive.
  * Option 3: Paste a link (for YouTube videos).
  * Option 4: Enter or paste text directly (for text documents).
* Step 3: Enter a title, and select the appropriate level (from Pre A1 to C2) for the teaching material.
* Step 4: Click **Save** to finish adding the new teaching material.

### Share teaching resources

* Step 1: Select [**My Library**](https://teacher.flyer.us/exams?utm_source=help\&utm_medium=internallink\&utm_content=my-library) from the homepage. Select the **Resources** section.
* Step 2: Click on the document you want to share from the list. Click the **Share** icon and select the visibility status:
  * Share with **School library**: All teachers within your school on FLYER can view the teaching material.
  * Share with **Community**: All teachers on FLYER can view the teaching material.
* Step 3: Copy the document link to share with other teachers. Click **Confirm** to complete.
