Manage created tests and exercises

Teachers can manage created exercises across 3 categories:

• Created tests: Total number of exercises uploaded to FLYER, including those in Draft or Private status.

• Shared tests: Number of exercises that have been shared and are accessible based on the configured sharing scope (Public to the community, or Share to Schools).

• Archived: Number of exercises that have been archived and no longer appear in the My tests list.

Add new teaching resources to My Library

• Step 1: Select My Library from the homepage. Select the Resources section on the left sidebar.

• Step 2: Click the +Add New button. Teachers can upload teaching materials in 4 ways.

  • Option 1: Upload files directly from your device.

  • Option 2: Import from Google Drive.

  • Option 3: Paste a link (for YouTube videos).

  • Option 4: Enter or paste text directly (for text documents).

• Step 3: Enter a title, and select the appropriate level (from Pre A1 to C2) for the teaching material.

• Step 4: Click Save to finish adding the new teaching material.

Share teaching resources

• Step 1: Select My Library from the homepage. Select the Resources section.

• Step 2: Click on the document you want to share from the list. Click the Share icon and select the visibility status:

  • Share with School library: All teachers within your school on FLYER can view the teaching material.

  • Share with Community: All teachers on FLYER can view the teaching material.

• Step 3: Copy the document link to share with other teachers. Click Confirm to complete.
