# View & Set up School List

*\*Note: You can only view this feature if you have two or more schools. To open more school accounts on FLYER, please contact us for support.*

### Switch from one school account to another

If you're added to more than 1 school account, to view the school list & access the account you want, please follow these steps:

* Step 1: When you successfully create an account, you will automatically have one school named after you with the role of Admin. To view the list of schools you're in, select **Back to School Portal** in the top menu bar of the screen

* Step 2: The list of schools will be automatically displayed with the following information:
  * School: Names of the schools you participate in as Admin/Teacher
  * Number of Admins: Number of Admins in the school
  * Your classes: Total number of classes you participate in
  * Number of teachers: Number of teachers in the school
  * Your students: Number of students in the classes you participate in
* Step 3: Select the school you want to view

And that's it! You've switched to another school account.

### School Setup

To view the detailed information of admin/teacher, click on **School setup** -> **Users management**

The school information will be displayed in full as shown below, including:

* Username: The name of the teacher who has participated/been invited to the school
* Phone number: User's phone number
* Email: User's email address
* User role: User's role in the school (Admin or Teacher)
* Status: User's status

In which, Status: The teacher's status includes:

| Status  | Meaning                                                          |
| ------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Active  | <ul><li>Agree to participate</li></ul>                           |
| Pending | <ul><li>Received invitation but have not responded yet</li></ul> |

You can search by name/phone number/email, role, and account status as shown below:
