Invite & Delete Admin/Teacher from School Account

Add new Admin/Teacher to your school account

  • Step 1: Click on School setup -> Users management

  • Step 2: Select Invite user

  • Step 3: Enter the email or phone number and select the role you want to invite

  • Step 4: Click on Invite user to send the invitation

After you send out the invitation, the status will be "Pending". The person being invited will need to accept your invitation to join your school account. It can be done via:

  • Email: Open the invitation email -> Select Accept

  • Or, via Teacher Dashboard's notification (Only applied to teachers who already have an account on FLYER): Click the bell icon at the top right corner of the screen -> Select Accept

If they accept the invitation, they can access your school account with the corresponding role and permissions.

Delele Teacher Account

  • Step 1: Select the trash can icon corresponding to the teacher's account you want to delete

  • Step 2: Click on Remove user to confirm deletion

To download your school/center's teacher list: Click Export CSV
